Christian De Conti

President

Christian De Conti has over 20 years of international experience as an Executive in the HR professional services and telecommunications industries.

With a passion for building long lasting partnerships and aiding customers through their growth and organizational development, in his tenure Christian held sales, operations, and various corporate roles in several countries and business verticals. An accomplished leader, Christian has a track record of creating strong, result-oriented teams, driving growth by developing value-based strategies with clear focus on profitability and shareholders’ return.

Christian joined Quanta in 2017 as Head of International Operations and CEO for the US. Prior to joining Quanta, he served for seven years as Vice President of Procurement at Tiscali S.p.A., the fourth largest Italian telecom operator, where he spearheaded various capital investment, supply chain and M&A related initiatives that were instrumental in the deployment of a nationwide cutting edge, fixed-wireless telecommunication network.

Christian began his career at the Adecco Group in 1998 as a Branch Manager in Italy. He was part of the original start-up team that kicked off Adecco’s operations in that country. He became an executive for the group in 2000, and since then he was promoted to growing responsibilities in the US, the UK, Europe and Latin America.

Christian holds a global executive MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, and is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.

Stefano Giorgetti

Stefano embarked on his career in 1999 at Adecco Group in Italy, quickly distinguishing himself as General Manager in the establishment and management of the inaugural network of specialized branches.

His professional trajectory further internationalized, encompassing high-profile roles in North America, the Netherlands, and Eastern Europe, where he served as CEO and Regional Director. In 2005, he returned to Italy assuming the position of CEO for Kelly Services Group.

From 2013 to 2015, he expanded his responsibilities, undertaking the roles of CEO in Germany and Regional Director for Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. In 2017, he held the position of Group General Manager at Pellegrini Group, and since 2020, he has successfully led Max Factory Group.

Throughout his career, Stefano has been distinguished by his leadership in international development processes, acquisitions, restructuring, innovation, the promotion of managerial competencies, and cultural transformation. His proficiency in four foreign languages has enriched his capacity to operate in diverse international contexts.

Stefano holds a Global Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi.

Heather McCullough

VP of Operations

Heather McCullough has developed a broad knowledge base of all areas within the staffing and recruitment industry with a heavy focus on the fulfillment, HR and back office development. After graduating from the University of Michigan with a Sports Management degree Heather worked for 5 years in the Operations division for the Detroit Tigers, a Major League baseball team. During her time, she developed expertise in conflict resolution, professional recruitment and HR requirements while managing the facility event staff.
She gained experience in project and process management while implementing and managing facility upgrades and projects to enhance the experience of the fans and guests who visited the ballpark each year. Working with the public on a daily basis allowed her to develop her skills as an excellent communicator and molded how she approaches her work with both our partners and employees today.

In 2015 she joined Quanta as a Human Resources Recruiter and Office Administrator. Within two months she oversaw all HR activities and began to develop and implement new processes across the organization to streamline and create efficiencies. In 2017 she joined the Board of Directors of Quanta as an officer of the company and to support the future growth and direction of the organization.

Heather continues to leverage her knowledge of the industry as the VP of Operations developing and managing the fulfillment workforce as well as handling human resources services and Administration, Fulfillment, Contracts, Benefit Management, Financial controlling and Client Success Management. Heather plays a key role in Executives recruitment and is able to leverage her business operation knowledge to develop a keen understanding of what our partners need.

Amberlyn Acevedo

Amberlyn Acevedo is a Professional Recruiter with several years of experience across various industries and roles. Before joining Quanta, she worked for an extensive Maintenance Repair & Overhaul facility (MRO) in the Aviation Industry. This exposure to working in a Manufacturing environment allows Amberlyn to understand many of our clients’ facilities and recruitment/staffing needs.

In 2014 Amberlyn joined Quanta as a Recruiter in the Aviation Division with a focus on recruiting highly skilled Aviation Maintenance Technicians. She has worked directly with our clients as an Account Manager, supporting them internally with staffing forecasts and HR challenges onsite. Amberlyn built upon her Aviation Recruitment background and developed further specializations within Human Resources, Skilled Trades, Customer Service, and Logistics functions.

Amberlyn is bilingual in Spanish and English and is proud of her Cuban heritage. She loves to be able to work with a diverse group of clients across the US, identifying hard-to-find talent. She embodies the spirit of Quanta by always putting People First and strongly focusing on developing relationships with our customers and candidates.

Jim Argiros

Jim Argiros is a Professional Recruiter who has developed the ability throughout his years of recruitment to find some of the most challenging and specific skill sets. This ability has gained him the nickname of “Purple Squirrel” finder amongst our team. He graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Jim started his career in the Energy industry managing recruitment efforts for their sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

In 2016 Jim joined the Quanta team and developed a specialty in many areas, including Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Skilled Trades. Jim supports various industries specializing in Shipbuilding, Rail & Transportation, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Energy.

Jim, who is proudly 100% Greek, enjoys helping our European clients better understand the market in the US and helping them to identify great talent that fits their team and culture. Jim has a remarkable ability to develop relationships with both our candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process for all involved and make sure that he finds the best match for both the candidate and the client.

Maria Mileva

Maria Mileva is a Professional Recruiter who brings years of experience and a passion for working with people to the team. She graduated from college with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology, as well as a minor in Italian. Maria started off her career focusing on contract jobs and contract-to-perm positions for the Non-profit sector and the Hospitality industry in NYC. For the last eight years, her focus has been working with European headquarters companies and servicing their permanent placement needs within the US.

Maria joined the Quanta team in 2021 and has built a specialty in the Design, Food & Beverage, and Consumer Goods Sectors. She is skilled in Executives recruitment and top management level search within Sales, Accounting, Operations, and Marketing.

Maria is trilingual in English, Italian, and Bulgarian and enjoys working with Quanta’s multinational client base. She enjoys serving as a mediator between clients and candidates to find the best solution resulting in successful long-term hires. Maria also has experience in HR consulting and guiding standard hiring procedures and timelines to ensure continued candidate engagement and high retention. She prides herself on building strong relationships with both our candidates and clients to ensure a continued successful partnership.

Angie Ortiz

Payroll & Compliance

Angie Ortiz is the Payroll and Compliance Coordinator and handles all aspects of our back-office functionality. Angie started her professional career with the American Heart Association, where she spent several years supporting and managing fundraising events for the non-profit sector. During this time, she developed her skills in customer relations, accounting, and administrative support functionality.

Angie joined Quanta in 2010, initially supporting the Aviation Division recruitment and coordination. She worked to set up and implement Quanta’s DOT/FAA Drug and Alcohol Program to help our Aviation partners and ensure compliance throughout our recruitment process. With her experience in building out the D&A program, she can guide our clients on what regulations and requirements are needed to have a fully compliant process.

Angie manages the new hire onboarding process of all of our associates to ensure they have a smooth and positive onboarding experience while joining our client’s team. She provides a very hands-on and supportive experience for all our contract associates to feel welcome and a part of our team.
