Our Search And Selection Process

1. Needs Analysis

We conduct an in-depth exploration of the organization, including culture, mission, values, the job description and how the position fits into company objectives and the internal hiring process.

2. Talent Search

The recruitment process begins, engaging search tools, including Quanta Database and referral network, Quanta website, external job sites, and targeted headhunting.

3. Selection Process

Candidates are screened and evaluated with an initial phone call, a structured face-to-face interview, assessments or testing, if needed, and references are checked.

4. Short-List Presentation

Our top prospects are presented for your consideration. The candidate report includes resume, profile summary, motivation for change, motivation towards the new project, and salary requirements.

5. Negotiation & Follow-Up

Quanta provides assistance and support through the selection and negotiation process, offer letter preparation (optional), onboarding and post-hire follow-up.
