1. Needs Analysis

2. Talent Search
The recruitment process begins, engaging search tools, including our Quanta Database of candidates and referral network, Quanta website, external job boards, and targeted headhunting.
3. Selection Process
Candidates are screened and evaluated with an initial phone/video interview, a structured face-to-face interview, assessments or testing, and references are checked.
4. Short-List Presentation
Our top candidates are presented for clients consideration. The candidate report includes their professional resume, profile summary, motivation for change, motivation towards the new opportunity, and salary requirements.
