Diane Laschet is a US and Italian citizen based in Alexandria, Virginia, USA. She has lived in Italy most of her life and considers herself a “citizen of the world.”

Diane is a Business Coach c/o Performant at SCOA, with a passion for transformative Life Coaching with clients in multiple countries. An entrepreneur at heart, Diane has 30 years of experience in multinational corporations accumulated both in Italy and the United States.

Rising through the ranks at every company she worked for, she culminated her career as CEO of a Payment Institution based in Italy (16 years) before being promoted to Head of Americas and CEO of the US branch (3 years). In 2020, she closed her corporate chapter to finally dedicate herself to her true passion: Life and Business Coaching.

Diane has experience in the payments, fintech, travel, and travel technology sectors and has served on the boards of NGOs in Italy, India, the USA, and Uganda.

Throughout her professional career, Diane has exercised her CEO role as a Servant and Coaching Leader with a keen eye on the performance and growth of the people in her teams, alongside achieving results and adopting practices to increase happiness and well-being in the workplace.
